SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Michael Pearse was
charged with a fraudulent
scheme to place unauthorized
charges for premium tax
messaging services on
consumers' cell phone bills by
"auto subscribing" through
Tatto
Media.
On June 8, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Analisa Torres
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press

Pearse pled guilty to Count
One of the Third Superseding
Indictment. His sentencing was
set for October 7 at 11 am.
