sued NYU for its COVID 19 shut
down and non refund of fees
and
tuition.
On March
28, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Stuart
D. Aaron held a proceeding.

the plaintiff's phone to see
when and to whom she
complained.
