SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 20 – AgriBank,
regulated by the Farm Credit
Administration, was sued in
2016.
On October
20, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Valerie E. Caproni
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The talk was of
slightly delaying the trial
due to the Coronavirus
pandemic.
Judge
Caproni says, You're dreaming
if you think this is going to
be over by February. She
predicted that there will be
not vaccine distributed until
mid- or late-2021.
Still, she
scheduled a bench trial for
February 22, 2021.
The case is
Diverse Partners, LP et al. v.
Agribank, FCB, 16-cv-9526
(Caproni)
