SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 5 – Marvin Minott was
arrested on September 17 as a
felon in possession of
ammunition, and was ordered
detained.
On December 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Andrew L. Carter held a bail
review proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Minott's lawyer
described the evidence as
weak, and conditions difficult
in the Essex County jail.
Judge Carter
listened then ruled that no
set of conditions exist to
release Minott, as a danger to
the community and risk of
flight.
The case is
US v. Minott, 21-cr-702
(Carter)
