SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 10 – Terrance Buddington
was up on alleged violations
of supervised release on
January 8 before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
specifications included not
attending substance abuse
intake at Tri Center. But his
Federal Defender said he is
working, in the Hunts Point
Market.
Judge Cote
said she'd like proof of that,
and named a March 19 date.
The case is US v.
Buddington, 14-cr-656 (Cote)
