wage.
On February
8, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge
Lehrburger said he had been
expecting a settlement of the
case. He was told that is it
nearly, tinkering with the
structure.
He ruled that the
parties' time to file a
request for preliminary
approval of settlement is
extended until April 11.
