SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 7 – Texas A&M
University - Kingsville had a
contract for window
replacement. Things didn't
work out, and now there's a
lawsuit.
On September 7 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge J.
Paul Oetken held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The
plaintiff, Endurance American
Insurance Company, had filed
the case management plan late,
and apologized. Judge Oetken
said fine, and urged
settlement talks,
He said he would
not set a trial ready date
yet. He asked for a joint
status letter by January 12,
2022.
The case is
Endurance American Insurance
Company v. Division 16
Construction Corp. et al.,
20-cv-8362 (Oetken)
