Securities in a dispute over a
Stock Purchase
Agreement.

Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.

The talk
on February 8 was of a
so-called "tripartite"
settlement, perhaps. Judge
Parker gave the parties until

letter.
