SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 28 – Calvin Darden was
supposed to pay Darrow
Consulting Corporation $75,000
for, well, consulting
services.
He did not, and
Darrow sued.
On January
28, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Darden not only
didn't pay - he and his
company didn't show up for the
lawsuit. Judge Ramos entered a
default judgment for
$81,213.70.
The case is
Darrow Consulting Corporation
v. Darden Enterprises, Inc.,
et al., 20-cv-7741 (Ramos)
