In SDNY Fast Trial Date In

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 25 – Julio Cesar Prado
is charged with illegal
re-entry of the US on July 31,
2020.
On
October 23 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Valerie E.
Caproni held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Prado had
been convicted back in 2005 in
New Jersey for drug
possession. He was deported in
2006. He returned and
was convicted again in 2008,
removed in 2010.
He was
arrested purchasing narcotics
in 2019 and his fingerprints
were compared.
Judge
Caproni set a relatively
speedy trial date for January
11.
The case is US v.
Prado, 20-cr-506 (Caproni)
