Jan 23 – Marquis Southwell was
up on Violations of Supervised
Release on January 22.
U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held the
VOSR proceeding. Inner City

It was
alleged that Southwell was
found with a 9 millimeter
firearm and marijuana on
December 9, 2020.
Judge Cote set a
next proceeding for March 12,
2021.
