SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 23 – Nathan Torres is
charged with violations of
supervised release after
conviction as a felon in
possession of
firearm.
On November 23, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Richard J. Sullivan held an
in-person VOSR
proceeding. Inner City
Press called and covered
it.
Torres
denied the specification and
was allowed to remain out of
detention on condition that he
get GPS installed and not have
contact with the (alleged)
victim or her family members.
An
evidentiary hearing was set
for January 27.
