SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 23 – A dispute
about stock in a privately
held cannabis company, Regs
Technology, has given rise to
a
lawsuit.
On April 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
There are
discovery disputes, about the
privilege log. Judge Netburn
urged the parties to meet and
confer, and if they can't
agree, submit some documents
for her in camera review.
Document about
corporate structure including
directors were to be produced
by May 6.
On May 13 Judge
Netburn held another
conference, and Inner City
Press again covered it. She
ruled that the plaintiff's
request to search personal
email and text messages was
denied. The case continues.
The case is
Firstenberger v. Casters
Holdings, Inc., 20-cv-7169
