SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 17 – Steven
Sylvester is charged with
conspiracy to distribute
controlled substances, and
firearms.
On June 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered
it.
Judge Broderick
asked about the case, and
scheduling the next
conference.
Sylvester's
lawyer said there was a day he
couldn't make, and maybe more.
But he
would only describe it ex
parte, under seal.
A phone call for
that purpose was set up.
The case is US v.
Sylvester, 21-cr-358
(Broderick)
