SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 11 – Cindy Ng has sued
Varonis Systems for
discrimination, saying she was
ordered to produce more blogs
and podcasts than white male
employees.
On July 9, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Hellerstein ordered that the
defendants' motion for summary
judgment is due by July 30,
opposition by September 9,
replying by September 20. The
plaintiff, he said, gets more
time.
The case is Ng v.
Veronis Systems, Inc et al.,
