SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 20 – Elysium Health sued
ChromaDex for alleged "abuse
of the citizen petition
process of the Food and Drug
Administration and submission
of a sham petition."
On August
20, 2020 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
One of the
discovery issued involved
complying with discovery
requests as regards social
media platforms like Facebook
- and, Judge Liman correctly
asked, others.
Judge Liman
ordered that all discovery
deadline be pushed back two
months.
By day's end, the
parties filed a revised case
management plan, with
completion of fact depositions
now set for December 11,
expert depositions by February
22, 2021 and a final pre-trial
order by April 23, 2021.
