SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 4 – Samuel Herrnson
sued Steven and Mark Hoffman
after he was fired for
"abandoning" their company.
On October 4 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge J.
Paul Oetken held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Herrnson said he
had had to withdraw his
daughter from the school she
attended with a Hoffman
daughter, that they knew of
his difficulties.
His complaint
included that "I sat in the
bullpen with the 28 and 30
year old property managers.
There was one office within
the bullpen area where one of
the 3 brothers that owned the
firm sat. He would constantly
listen to my calls, come out
and scream at me, etc."
Counsel for the
Hoffmans said it was hard to
negotiate if no demand was
made. Herrnson mentioned
$125,000. A new
proceeding was set for
February 8, 2022 at 12:30 pm.
The case is
Herrnson v. Hoffman et al.,
19-cv-7110 (Oetken)
