SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 30 – Maersk Agency USA
sued Kejriwal Newsprint Mills
for non payment of shipping
fees. It asked for
$1,512,507.15.
On September 30 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendant, again, did not show
up. Judge Schofield entered
judgment for Maersk - for
$1,513,057.15, that is, adding
in $550 in costs.
