SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 25 – Eric Rodriguez was
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, four G.F.L. 9mm Luger
rounds, three MAXX 9mm Luger
rounds and one Hornady 9mm
Luger round.
On
March 25, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Sidney H. Stein
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press

Rodriguez
had been caught on NYPD's Shot
Spotter on 166th and Tinton in
The Bronx.
He pleaded guilty
to count 1. His sentencing was
set for June 24.
