SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 2 – Mark Maiuzzo was out
on Supervised Release in an
organized crime case but has
not been remanded to
jail.
On
December 2, Second Circuit
Cours of Appeals Judge Richard
J. Sullivan held a violation
of supervised release
proceeding in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
, which Inner City Press
covers.
To this
criminal proceeding, it called
in on and appreciated the
public listen-only line.
Maiuzzo
perhaps less so. Pending a
status letter due December 21,
he will remain in custody.
The case is
US v. Maiuzzo, 16-cr-522
(Sullivan)
