April 26 – Deborah
Keller sued Columia University
and its NY Presbetyrian
Hospital for gender
discrimination.
On April 26, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stuart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
The
complaint zeroes in an
incident involving a colon and
a "foreign body."
Judge Aaron
said that if the matter is not
resolved during the upcoming
mediation, the parties must
file a revised case management
plan by June 7.
The case
is Keller v.
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital,
et al., 21-cv-10905 (Liman /
Aaron)
