SDNY
COURTHOUSE, March 18 –
Vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli
sued ESquared Hospitality
after a soured business
relationship.
On January 21,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jesse M. Furman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
It has been a
long running case, now down to
issues of attorney's fees and
a bankruptcy proceeding in the
Delaware Federal Court , which
the defendants say has
exclusive jurisdiction to
determine what constitutes
"property of the estate."
On March
18, Judge Furman held another
proceeding and Inner City
Press again covered it. Now
he's ruled that one week after
the bankruptcy proceedings are
over there will be SDNY
filings as to the effect of
the bankruptcy proceedings on
the summary judgment motions
pending before the Court.
The case is
Coscarelli et al v. Esquared
Hospitality LLC et al.,
18-cv-5943 (Furman)
