SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – AllStar Marketing
of Hawthorne, New York has
sued a slew of defendants
accusing them of
counterfeiting.
On November
18, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge P. Kevin Castel
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Castel ordered the Defendants
restrained from manufacturing,
importing, exporting,
advertising, marketing,
promoting, distributing,
displaying, offering for sale,
selling and/or otherwise
dealing in Counterfeit
properties.
This did
not, however, apply to
defendant WHIS3PERSING5 which
"has not been served."
Earlier in
the week SDNY Judge John P.
Cronan, who also has an
ALLSTAR case, had
questions.
Was everything
they sold counterfeit? And
wouldn't the Wish platform be
hurt as well?
These questions
apply to many similar actions,
such as one before Judge
Swain; they usually begin with
a sealed complaint.
This one is
ALLSTAR MARKETING GROUP LLC v.
ANDNOV73 et al., 20-cv-9069
(Castel)
