SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 2 – Rodolfo Escoto
is charged with helping to
transport cocaine, which was
discovered by a DEA
drug-smelling dog on
Interstate 80.
On February 2,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Alison J. Nathan held an
arraignment. Inner City Press

Escoto, with a
CJA lawyer, pleaded not
guilty.
He has been
assigned a trial date of
December 6, 2021, with Speedy
Trial Act time excluded until
then.
