SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 7 – Brenda Montanez
slipped and fell in the Target
store on 225th Street in The
Bronx on September 8, 2015.
On
February 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
William H. Pauley III held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
In this long
running case, now in a time
when civil trial must of
necessity take a back seat to
criminal trials for those
incarcerated, among the issues
discussed was hearsay.
The case is
Montanez v. Target
Corporation, 19-cv-2173
(Pauley)
