SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 26 – Ronald Ruegg is
charged with selling crystal
meth. He was released on
$75,000 bond.
On April 28, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
In a prior
conference back on February
24, the US Attorney's Office
said it would provide
discovery in two weeks.
On April 28,
Judge Gardephe said that on
May 26, a conference would be
held.
And when it was,
Inner City Press again covered
it. The was talk of a plea
offer, or a Pimintel
letter.
The case is US v.
Ruegg, 21-cr-120
(Gardephe)
