SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 15– Ese O'Diah sued the
Triborough Bridge and Tunnel
Authority for overcharging him
on his EZ-PASS account.
On July 15, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
O'Diah says
his car registration was
suspended for a bill of over
$61,000 and that inaccurate
derogatory information about
him was sent to Transunion.
Judge
Broderick listened patiently
and asked if O'Diah would like
help finding a lawyer. The
SDNY has NYLAG.
This case is
O'Diah v. TBTA-Triborough
Bridge and Tunnel Authority et
al., 19-cv-7586 (Broderick)
