SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 10 – Robert Cherry was
part of a multi-defendant case
and came up for sentencing on
November 10. In the docket,
there was no sentencing
submission by the
government.
On November 10
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New
York Judge Valerie E.
Caproni held the sentencing.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The AUSA said
that while the case with
indicted without any
cooperators, based on wire
taps, Cherry later "confirmed
the wires."
So where is the
sentencing submission?
Where is the
5K(1) letter?
The case is US v.
Cherry, 19-cr-212
(Caproni).
