Ivan Lopez sued Sal's Pizzeria
of 3167 Bainbridge Avenue in
The Bronx for failure to pay
minimum
wage.
On December 29, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Andrew L. Carter held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
pizzeria has asked Judge
Carter to dismiss the case sua
sponte. Judge Carter replied
that the defendants can file
objections to the pre-trial
order, or their own pre-trial
order.
The case is Lopez
v. MNAF Pizzeria, Inc. et al.,
