SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 28 – Ronald Ruegg is
charged with selling crystal
meth. He was released on
$75,000 bond.
On April 28, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

In a prior
conference back on February
24, the US Attorney's Office
said it would provide
discovery in two weeks.
On April 28,
Judge Gardephe said pre-trial
motions are due May 26, when a
conference will be held.
