Microbot Medical, Inc. sued
Alliance Investment
Management, Ltd to recover
short swing profits under
Section 16(b) of the
Securities Exchange Act of
1934.
On June 27,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Robert
W. Lehrberger held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Lehrberger ordered that
Microbot must produce
outstanding 2017 documents
about Alpha's convertible
notes; Mona must provide other
documents to Microbot. Fact
discovery was extended to July
25.
