SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 11 – Yushane Campbell is
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, three Winchester
nine-millimeter caliber
cartridges.
On November 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge J.
Paul Oetken held a proceeding.

The
evidence includes video of a
shootout at 4769 White Plains
Road by Penfield Street in The
Bronx. The next conference was
set for January 12.
