SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 2 – Sari Edelman sued NYU
Langone Health System for
gender discrimination. Then
discovery stalled
out.
On December 2, Judge Lorna G.
Schofield issued an order in
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York , which Inner City Press
covers.
Judge
Schofield's order noted that
while she had granted an
extension until December 1 to
file a schedule for expert
depositions, the proposed
schedule had not been filed.
She ordered
it by December 3, under threat
of sanctions.
