SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 4 –
Matthew Chamlin bought Benecol
Lite Spread from a D'Agostino
stores at 1507 York Avenue in
November 2011.
In 2020 on June 4
his lawsuit showed up for a
proceeding before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Debra C.
Freeman. Inner City Press
called in to cover it.
Judge Freeman
asked Inner City Press to
identify itself. It did. Turns
out the case involves "No
Trans Fatty Acids" too.
The case is
Chamlin v. Johnson &
Johnson et al., 19-cv-3852
(Nathan / Freeman).
