May 21 – Doctor Indira Kairam
sued West Side GI, LLC for
fraud and tortious
interference, as well as age
discrimination.
On May 20,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stuart D.
Aaron held a conference. Inner

The plaintiff
accuses WSGI of aggressively
targeting older members to
alienate them of their
interests.
Judge Aaron set a
schedule for the completion of
discovery. Document production
by October 21, depositions by
January 20, 2023.
