SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 28 – Lazaro
Martinez-Alonzo was sentenced
to 78 months and then
supervised release.
Now he is charged
with violating supervised
release: not returning to his
residence as required ten
times in December and
January.
Earlier in
the case it was said in a
transcript reviewed by Inner
City Press that he is a barber
whose barber shop was closed
down by
COVID.
On January
28, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Denise L. Cote
ordered Martinez-Alonzo to
surrender to the Marshals at
500 Pearl Street on January 29
at 10 am.
The case is US v.
Martinez-Alonzo, 16-cr-838
(Cote)
