SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 19 – Sunmi Lee has sued
Experian, as a victim of
identity theft, under the Fair
Credit Reporting Act.
On October 19
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New
York Judge Paul A.
Engelmayer held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Engelmayer noted that few FCRA
cases actually go to trial. He
told the parties to contact
assigned Magistrate Judge
Sarah Netburn.
He said that fact
discovery must end by February
16, 2021 with a next
conference on March 16.
The case is Lee
v. Genesis Credit Management,
LLC et al., 20-cv-4447
(Engelmayer)
