SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 6 – Francisco Cerezo was
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a Bernardelli .380
caliber handgun.
On May 6, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul G.
Gardephe held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press

The complaint has
a photo of a man pointing a
gun through the rolling gate
of a deli at 664 East 233rd
Street in The Bronx.
Cerezo
acknowledged his crime. Judge
Gardephe set his sentencing
for September 2.
