SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 25 – Colette Smith sued
MetroPlus Health Plan for
discriminating against her as
an employee, after she got
lung cancer.
On July 23, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge
Hellerstein asked about delays
in the case, saying that A
case is not finished by
starting it.
He set deadlines,
and a new status conference
for February 4, 2022.
