SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 19 –
Optionality Consulting Pte.
Ltd, based in Singapore, sued
Edge Technology Group LLC and
others for having its
information stolen while it
considered selling
itself.
On March 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Discovery
disputes were discussed, about
how to prove if the
information was stolen and
misused. Judge Parker said
cross motions are due by March
31, with oppositions April 14
and no replies.
