SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 10 – Martin Ross is
charged in a drug conspiracy.
He wants release on
bond.
On May 10,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Sidney H. Stein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Stein found
that Ross is a risk of flight,
and denied bail.
Ross' lawyer
complained about lack of
access to his client, and his
client's lack of access to
discovery after 14 months,
saying he has little
confidence that will change.
The case is US v.
Ross, 19-cr-913 (Stein)
