SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 19 – Clyde Hall is
detained on drug charges. On
May 19, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Mary Kay
Vyskocil held an arraignment
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Hall pled
not guilty, to a complaint
that describes a drug deal for
kilos in Manhattan.
The Assistant US
Attorney said that DEA drug
testing is being delayed,
citing COVID, but offered
"field tests."
Hall's appointed
lawyer asked for a conference
around Labor Day. Judge
Vyskocil agreed, but said he
should be prepared to file
motions, if any, soon
thereafter. She said the case
is appropriate for trial in
the fourth quarter of 2021.
The case is US v.
Hall, 21-cr-290 (Vyskocil)
