SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 7 –
Rafael Valdovinos was charged
with drugs and
guns.
On August 6, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
change of plea proceeding.

The case
has been repeatedly adjourned
due to counsel's inability to
meet with the incarcerated
defendant. But now they got it
done. The plea was accepted.
