SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 5 – RN Wellness LCC sued
Brandon Bernstein for
allegedly misappropriating its
PPE trade
secrets.
On January 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Andrew L. Carter held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Carter asked how the
information can been taken,
and how it has been used. He
addressed expedited discovery
under the standard of Notario
v. Koch, 95 F.R.D. 403.
He asked for a
joint status report by January
12.
The case is
RN Wellness LLC et al v.
Essentials Hero LLC et al.,
21-cv-10704 (Carter)
