SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 3 – Antonio Rodriguez was
found with a gun, a Hi-Point
9MM pistol, on 196th Street
and the Grand Concourse in The
Bronx, New York on February
10, 2020. He had previously
been convicted of a
felony.
On February 3,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jesse M. Furman held a
sentencing. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Furman recounted the
difficulties of Rodriguez'
upbringing, yet his work to
help relatives.
He sentenced him
to Time Served with three
years of supervised release,
the first three months of
which are to be home
confinement.
