SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 24 – Permanens Capital
L.P. sued Jeffrey Bruce for
allegedly violating a 24 month
non-compete clause.
On July 21,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Robert
W. Lehrburger held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Bruce was
said to have gotten Permanens
the ERISA contract of Liberty
University.
Later he is
said to have set up an office
some sixty miles away. He
filed a motion to dismiss.
Judge Lehrburger
asked his counsel how it can
be said there are no disputes
of material fact.
