SDNY
COURTHOUSE, Feb 28 –
Michael Buscemi of Suffolk
County, New York, invented
"Friday Beers" on social
media, he says. Then it was
stolen, and he sued.
On February 26, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alison J. Nathan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Buscemi says John
Barrett, a Manhattan resident,
stole his idea and
incorporated it.
Now he is
demanding deletion from the
Google drive platform.
The case is
Buscemi v. Friday Beers, LLC
et al., 20-cv-10508 (Nathan)
