SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 1 – Multiple
defendants were arrested
accused of a narcotics
conspiracy in Newark, New
Jersey.
On April 1, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered
it.
After Judge Ramos
read the script informing the
prosecutors of their duty to
provide Brady material, he was
told that cell phones in the
case have not been able to be
cracked.
He was also told
that one of the defendants
will plead guilty next
Tuesday.
But that is
not yet in the docket.
The case is USA
v. Parrales et al., 19-cr-663
(Ramos)
