Oct 1 – Lauren Prescott sued
Dos Toros LLC for alleged
deceptive marketing of pork
and chicken products as
"humanly" raised despite
inhumane practiced utilized in
raising the pigs and
chickens.
On
September 20, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stuart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Aaron
said that discovery must be
completed by May 15, 2023,
with a class certification
motion due by August 18.
The case is

al., 22-cv-02425 (Abrams /
Aaron)
