SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 8 – Haniel Saldana was
charged with a narcotics
conspiracy.
On August 6, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
change of plea proceeding.

Judge
Broderick asked Saldana about
his co-defendant Alexis Colon.
Then he accepted the guilty
plea. The sentencing will be
on November 12, at 10 am.
